Our client purchased this wonderful house in Godalming, which had not changed for sixty years. We undertook a total refurbishment of the property.
The resulting space opened up a new kitchen living space as well as adding a new roof and attic and restoring the existing basement into accommodation. We also added the double garage to the front.
The extensive refurbishment included restoring the original period features whilst adding new contemporary fittings including new wardrobes and bathrooms.
The client was very pleased with the end result, particularly the relationship between the original and new features.
