Planning approval granted for new visitor centre
We have received planning permission for a new low energy visitors centre and rangers' offices at Frensham Great Pond.  Working closely with the National Trust and Waverley Borough Council, we have produced a pair of buildings using straw bale construction and zinc roofs.
listed building consent granted
We have recently secured planning permission and listed building consent for a Grade 2* listed cottage by the legendary architect Clough Williams-Ellis, the designer of Portmerion in North Wales.  The historic buildings officer was particularly complimentary about our design and drawings which helped secure consent.

We have completed this contemporary extension and refurbishment at Cheyenne House, a Grade 2 listed oast house in the centre of Farnham.

Our clients have recently completed this extension and refurbishment of a family home in Farnham.
complete replacement dwelling
We have recently completed this new country house on a stunning site overlooking Farnham.  The sloping site presented a number of challenges which we overcame by building a circular terrace, with a traditional house over a contemporary basement.
new build nearly complete
The construction of our replacement dwelling in the Surrey Hills is approaching completion.  We gained planning permission to replace a 1500sqft bungalow with a 7000sqft contemporary new dwelling.  The build included a piled foundation and a waterproof concrete construction for the basement.  The resulting house is a combination of traditional materials and contemporary construction methods.
listed building consent granted for mezzanine
We are very pleased to have received planning permission and Listed Building Consent for a very contemporary mezzanine and extension to a Grade 2* listed barn in the South Downs National Park.
