stunning medieval oak barn in frensham

We gained planning permission for converting this stunning medieval oak framed barn into a new dwelling.

We kept the main frame open to the rafters, adding new features such as a modern glass fronted stove.  The kitchen and conservatory are in an extension which contrasts with the original by using a modern zinc standing seam roof.  The whole property opens onto an Edwardian walled garden.

“The council… would suggest this design and layout be adopted for other similar developments.”
