We gained planning permission for converting this stunning medieval oak framed barn into a new dwelling.
We kept the main frame open to the rafters, adding new features such as a modern glass fronted stove. The kitchen and conservatory are in an extension which contrasts with the original by using a modern zinc standing seam roof. The whole property opens onto an Edwardian walled garden.
“A most thorough planning application, well prepared, well researched and in tune with its environs. A unique design which makes best use of its surroundings.”
“We got planning! It’s all online. Thanks for your help in putting together a really good set of documents.”
Fabulous! Thanks so much. Really appreciate your expertise and support.

“The council… would suggest this design and layout be adopted for other similar developments.”
“Just been to the house and it’s looking great. Smiles all round from my point of view – looks awesome.”
“The extension was the right decision, it looks great and the roof design makes it look as if it’s always been here. Great design!”
