listed buildings

We have worked on many listed buildings across the country.

Many of these have been in Surrey, Hampshire and the National Parks.  We are very familiar with the requirements and processes involved. Our projects have included thatched farm buildings, oast houses, Georgian town houses, Victorian gate lodges, country cottages – in fact pretty much every type of listed building there is!

Some of our projects have followed very closely the original building, others have provided very contemporary additions, for example, we have recently achieved planning permission and listed building consent for a very contemporary interior and additions to a Grade 2* listed barn in Hampshire.

“Excellent service … We would happily recommend this company and especially Mr Wilson.”

“One would always like cost to be kept to a minimum but we feel that we could have been charged a lot more, so we think the service was good value.”

“The council… would suggest this design and layout be adopted for other similar developments.”

“The extension was the right decision, it looks great and the roof design makes it look as if it’s always been here. Great design!”
