The construction of our replacement dwelling in the Surrey Hills is approaching completion. We gained planning permission to replace a 1500sqft bungalow with a 7000sqft contemporary new dwelling. The build included a piled foundation and a waterproof concrete construction for the basement. The resulting house is a combination of traditional materials and contemporary construction methods.
